Individual therapy offers a dedicated one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Each 50-minute session is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

​We recognize that beginning therapy is a personal investment, so we offer a sliding scale fee of $150–$90 to help make sessions more accessible.

​Our therapists bring different styles and areas of expertise, and may draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on your needs and goals. These can include, but are not limited to:

  • ​Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): building awareness of unhelpful thought patterns and developing healthier coping strategies.
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and relationship skills.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): helping you cultivate acceptance, clarify your values, and take steps toward meaningful living.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): exploring and integrating different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and compassion.​
