If you’ve been feeling like your emotions are “too much,” your relationships harder than they should be, or the past won’t leave you alone, you’re not alone. Old wounds, especially from childhood, can shape the way we see ourselves and others. You may find yourself avoiding closeness, clinging to it, or swinging between the two. Whether you’re coping with BPD, past relational trauma, or conflict with your partner, you may be looking for a space where you can finally exhale and be fully yourself.
Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of your story, and build skills for steadier emotions and stronger relationships. We can explore the impact of BPD, childhood and relational trauma, or relationship struggles, working toward more clarity, connection, and ease.
I’d love for us to connect and talk about what’s been on your mind. When you book your free consultation, we’ll explore what’s been happening and what you’re hoping for in therapy. Together, we can see if it feels like a good fit.
